        摘 要:基于渦旋真空泵渦旋齒的工程實(shí)踐以及應(yīng)力、變形的模擬結(jié)果,分析渦旋齒的主要失效形式。分析表明:渦旋真空泵渦旋齒中央部分的溫度和工作壓力高,變形和應(yīng)力較大,應(yīng)力集中明顯。渦旋齒的常見失效形式有磨損、點(diǎn)蝕、膠合、齒裂以及過大變形等,渦旋齒的軸向變形和磨損,渦旋齒膠合對(duì)渦旋真空泵的性能有很大的影響。選擇合適的材料,提高材料性能并降低應(yīng)力集中,降低渦旋齒溫度和對(duì)渦旋齒進(jìn)行修正等都是避免渦旋齒失效的有效方法。

In the centre part of scroll wrap, the temperature and ier preure loads are higher than other parts, this results in larger stre and deformation, stre concentration is also obvious. This analysis shows that wear-out, surface pitting, scuffing failure, seizure, fatigue breakage, and exceive deformation are main failure modes of scroll wrap. The axial deformation and wear-out, and seizure failure have more significant influence on scroll vacuum pump’s performance. Selecting aropriate material, improving the properties of material and reducing stre concentration, reducing the temperature of scroll wrap, and modifying the scroll wrap are several valid methods to avoid failure.Keywords: Scroll vacuum pum Scroll wra Failure mode; Analysis
